The Security Trust of Los Angeles was opened on 7 March 1963. In The Sarah Connor Chronicles timeline, one of the members of the construction team was the "Engineer", who built a time displacement equipment into the superstructure of the bank vault as well as leaving a dissembled Isotope weapon there.[1]
